06/20/11Chicken EnchiladasThis time the results were overwhelmingly favorable. The chicken enchiladas were flavorful and savory. The side of sweet buttered corn balanced the salad and ranch dressing. For desert Shana served rainbow sherbet which cooled and cleansed the palate. We had created memories to last a lifetime. |
