Named after famous shipping magnate John Jacob Astor, the restaurant has a completely new interior with a granite bar, a new menu with creative twists on American comfort food, and a new nautical theme. 	Firehouse Cooking Cooking at home can be tricky, but as Captain Clint Reff could tell you, to make a truly big mistake you need a truly big meal. On one occasion, he seasoned and floured enough fried chicken for thirteen hungry firemen, and set the bucket down on one of the vehicles in the garage.
