| Description |
Do you want the body of a Greek god (or goddess?) Blast fat and carve out muscle without bulking up with this intense Russian training protocol. Your main tool will be a kettlebell (a heavy iron ball with a handle) but you'll also use everything from climbing ropes to sledgehammers as you seek the transformation that will allow you to obtain your perfect form. No, it's not hard on your back. Yes, you will be sore. No, it's not relaxed, casual, or done at your own pace. Yes, you'll be in the best shape of your life. Morning classes are 6, 7, and 8am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Afternoon classes are 4:45 and 6pm Monday through Thursday and 4:30pm Friday. Additional 3:30pm class Tuesday and Thursday. Please call (218) 390-5882 before stopping by, as you'll need to complete two private lessons to learn the basics if you have never done kettlebells before. Get ready to get fit! |
