The Engwalls Corn Maze opened for its second year at the Engwalls Garden Center on August 26.

According to Tracy Lundeen, a Corn Maze partner, the maze, which is almost double its previous size, has updated designs, trivia, and scavenger games. There will also be flashlight tours, and a haunted Halloween maze in October.

A two-day Corn Maze Festival, featuring a hay maze, a bonfire, crafts, and pumpkin painting, will take place October 1-2.

Engwalls Corn Maze will be open Friday through Sunday until October 30. Tickets will cost $7, and some of the money will be donated to local charities.

I usually only go out of my way leave good feedback, unfortunately,
this time I can't.
I am part of the homeschool community and from the start of the phone call to arranging, arriving, etc. was not welcomed or felt like our group was important. Duluth already only provides programs for those who have big budgets so when you find something you're family can afford and then have a negative experience, it's frustrating. We are paying customers and should be treated with the same respect as other "mainstream" schools that come for field trips. We did not experience that and will most likely not return as a group or individual families.
